Expanding Breeze Access Across All the Hubs
HubSpot recently announced that starting June 2, 2025, the Breeze Customer Agent will be available to all Pro and Enterprise customers across all the Hubs, including Sales, Marketing, Operations and more.
Breeze Customer Agent will be accessible through the HubSpot Credits system, a flexible, usage-based model that many customers already use with Breeze Intelligence, which is an AI-powered data enrichment tool. This rollout also signals the beginning of a shift toward hybrid pricing that combines seats and credits for expanding their portfolio of AI products.
Here’s What to Expect
To help customers get started, HubSpot provides monthly credits in its Pro and Enterprise Hub seat-based plans:
- Pro customers: 3,000 credits/month
- Enterprise customers: 5,000 credits/month
These credits allow customers to immediately activate and use Breeze Customer Agent. Additional credits can be purchased in capacity packs starting at just $10 for every 1,000 credits, as customers’ needs scale. This scalable, pay-as-you-grow approach ensures foreseeable costs, greater flexibility, and more control over your AI investments, making it easier than ever to drive smarter customer engagement with Breeze.
Transition Timeline for Existing Service Hub Customers
To support a seamless and hassle-free transition, HubSpot allows all existing Service Hub customers to retain access to Breeze Customer Agent under their current model until August 4, 2025. After this date, they will shift to the new credit-based pricing system.
