At Girikon we are delighted to announce a position that just might suit you. Girikon is looking for an Executive Consulting Manager to join our growing global IT consultancy company with a focus on the rapidly growing APAC region.

2. The Role

We are looking for a passionate and driven Executive Consulting Manager who thrives on variety as no two days are the same when you are part of our Australian and New Zealand Customer Relationship Management Solutioning team.

The successful candidate will be a pivotal member of the Leadership team providing guidance and support to a team of professionals during day-to-day activities, which are wide and varied. Day-to-day activities could include sales proposal, client engagement, conducting business discovery sessions, delivery and change management.

Salesforce and or HubSpot platform knowledge would be an advantage for this role to assist with client presentations, proposals and delivering simple, effective, and user-friendly solutions.

You will work across a range of industries providing opportunity and diversity to gain invaluable knowledge and grow your skills and understand the different client’s. The successful candidate would be a self-starter, have a desire to participate in product specific training, a growth mindset, driven to learn and growth with Girikon.

s well as direct client engagement you will collaborate with team members including Account Managers, Project Managers, Business Analysts, Software Developers and Quality Assurance Engineers to successful deliver solutions to our clients.

4. Key Position Responsibilities

  • Provision of Leadership and Governance.
  • Lead management opportunities.
  • Participate in Resource Management planning.
  • Establish projects in readiness for delivery.
  • Work with Project Managers, Sales, and Account management to perform pre-sales activities, customer negotiations and successful delivery of projects including project scope, delivery timelines and budgets.
  • Advise on critical business decisions while meeting internal and external stakeholder expectations.
  • Identify process improvements to achieve cost effectiveness and time savings without compromising quality.
  • Ensure accurate reporting of day-to-day activities including risk and issue mitigations.
  • Mentor and guide team members on both strategic and day-to-day activities to ensure successful outcomes.

5. Key Position Responsibilities

5.1 Education and Experience

  • Undergraduate IT Degree or relevant experience is a prerequisite.
  • HubSpot and or Salesforce Administration certification desirable.
  • Ability to demonstrate work ethic and attitude to learn.
  • Experienced at managing and mentoring team members.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent documentation and problem-solving skills.
  • Able to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
  • Self-motivated and self-directed.

5.2 Technical Skills

  • Desirable working knowledge of HubSpot and or Salesforce products (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Non-Profit Success Pack, Education Data Architecture and Community Cloud) is desirable.
  • Must have Project and Account Management and experience.
  • Perform analysis with key stakeholders to determine the project scope.
  • Experienced in the use of Agile ways of working.
  • Proficient computer skills, Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel).
